Join Fitness First in Wiesbaden as an English-Speaking Yoga / Pilates Teacher. We are seeking enthusiastic and certified instructors to inspire our diverse international clientele. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging Yoga and Pilates classes, catering to various skill levels, and contributing to a positive and welcoming studio environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Plan and deliver engaging Yoga and Pilates classes in English for groups and potentially private sessions.
• Instruct participants on proper form and technique, providing modifications and adjustments as needed.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class atmosphere for all participants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various Yoga and Pilates techniques, trends, and safety protocols.
• Ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and safe before and after classes, including equipment setup and storage.
• Build rapport with members, provide excellent customer service, and address any questions or concerns.
• Actively promote the benefits of Yoga and Pilates within the club community.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Internationally recognized Yoga Teacher certification (e.g., RYT 200 or higher)
• Internationally recognized Pilates Instructor certification (Matwork required, apparatus preferred)
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) to effectively instruct diverse groups.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in both Yoga and Pilates.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics relevant to Yoga and Pilates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different fitness levels and needs.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Additional certifications in specialized Yoga styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga) or Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair).
• Experience working with diverse client populations, including beginners, advanced practitioners, and those with specific physical considerations.
• Basic proficiency in German is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in group fitness management or program development.
