We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our globally distributed team. This is a fully remote role where you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of cutting-edge enterprise software solutions. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing products that solve complex business challenges. Your work will directly impact millions of users worldwide, driving innovation and user satisfaction across the SAP ecosystem.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating designs effectively.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly and persuasively in English.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles and visual design skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience designing complex enterprise software or B2B applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
