We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hybrid Web3 Community Lead to foster, grow, and manage our vibrant community across various platforms. Based in Groß-Enzersdorf with flexible hybrid work arrangements, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with developers, users, and enthusiasts, driving adoption, and ensuring a thriving ecosystem for our Web3 projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the Web3 space, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for community building.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies for our Web3 products.
- Manage and moderate online communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and forums.
- Organize and host online events, AMAs, webinars, and meetups to engage the community.
- Create compelling content (announcements, articles, social media posts) to inform and excite the community.
- Gather community feedback and relay it to product, marketing, and development teams.
- Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers.
- Monitor community sentiment and engagement metrics, providing regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends, competitive landscape, and community best practices.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience in community management within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with community platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with analytics tools for community performance tracking.
- Fluency in German is a plus, but not required for this English-speaking lead role.
