We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team, specifically catering to our international guests. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and provide comprehensive information about the hotel and local attractions. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures and provide exceptional service will be crucial to ensuring our international guests feel welcomed and valued.

• Warmly welcome and register arriving international guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records, adhering to hotel financial policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest, including cultural nuances.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, taxi services, and other logistical needs.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Perform night audit duties as required.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
