We are seeking diligent and efficient Apparel Folders and Packers to join our dynamic e-commerce fulfillment center in Neubrandenburg. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately folding, sorting, and packaging a wide range of apparel items, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for shipment to our valued customers. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately fold and prepare various apparel items according to company standards.
• Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packaging.
• Carefully package apparel into appropriate shipping materials, ensuring secure and presentable delivery.
• Attach shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with inventory sorting and replenishment as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg.
• Fluency in German or English.
