We are seeking a talented E-learning Content Creator to join our dynamic educational content team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and producing engaging and effective e-learning materials for various internal and external audiences. You will transform complex topics into accessible and interactive learning experiences, utilizing a range of multimedia formats. This position requires a blend of creativity, instructional design expertise, and strong technical skills to deliver impactful educational content.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and learning objects from conception to completion.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts and storyboards for video, audio, and interactive e-learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of educational materials.
• Integrate various multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, audio, and video, into e-learning platforms.
• Ensure all content adheres to instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and make iterative improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
• Experience with multimedia production (basic video editing, graphic design, audio recording).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
