We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Speaking Lean Manufacturing Expert to join our dynamic team in Tübingen, Germany. This hybrid role requires an individual who can drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and foster a culture of Lean excellence across our manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, implementing Lean methodologies, and training staff to sustain improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Lean manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct value stream mapping, 5S audits, Kaizen events, and other Lean workshops.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean methodologies to employees at all levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and logistics.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Lean initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture by coaching and mentoring teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all improvement projects.
• Support the integration of new technologies and smart manufacturing solutions within Lean frameworks.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions using methodologies like A3 and Root Cause Analysis.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated Lean manufacturing role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in Lean environments.

• Familiarity with production planning and control systems (e.g., SAP).
