We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agriculture Intern to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about agriculture and data, looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven agricultural projects, primarily focusing on data collection, entry, and initial analysis. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to significant projects from anywhere.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the collection, validation, and entry of agricultural data into our systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases related to crop yields, soil conditions, market trends, and other relevant agricultural metrics.
• Perform basic data cleaning and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Support the team in generating simple reports and summaries from collected data.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Research and compile information on agricultural best practices, technologies, and market developments.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data management processes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in agriculture and agricultural data.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
