Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Workers / Laborers to join our team in Grindelwald. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining high safety standards on construction sites. While prior experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for team coordination and safety compliance.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks.
• Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, trenching, and backfilling.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including waste removal.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate PPE.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
• Dig trenches, compact earth, and fill excavations as required.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
