We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Greeter to join our team in the heart of Hannover’s tourist district. As the first point of contact for many of our visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. This position is perfect for individuals who love interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, directing them to departments, and assisting with general inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.

• Provide clear and concise directions to various departments, facilities, or specific products.
• Act as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries, offering helpful information and solutions.
• Assist customers with basic requests such as locating restrooms, fitting rooms, or customer service desks.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the store entrance or designated greeting area.
• Offer assistance with store navigation, promotions, and special events.
• Report any customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate management personnel.
• Contribute to a positive and inviting store atmosphere.
