Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and motivated E-learning Developer to join our dynamic team in Linz. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective e-learning solutions for our internal employees and external partners across various business units. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers to transform complex technical and business content into interactive and user-friendly online learning experiences. This position requires a strong command of English, both written and spoken, as you will be working on international projects and creating content for a global audience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives, and translate them into effective e-learning content.
• Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance learning engagement and retention.
• Ensure e-learning content is SCORM/xAPI compliant and functions seamlessly within our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing of e-learning courses to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user-friendliness.
• Maintain and update existing e-learning modules to reflect current information and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance on e-learning tools and platforms to team members and content creators.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-learning development and instructional design.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) for content creation and communication.
• Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with multimedia development and editing (e.g., graphic design, audio/video editing).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Experience with animation software (e.g., Vyond, After Effects) or interactive simulation tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for advanced e-learning development.
• Experience working in a global or multinational corporate environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous e-learning projects and development skills.
