Eurofins Scientific is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented English Speaking Toxicology Analyst to join our dynamic team in Wels, Upper Austria. This hybrid role requires an individual with a strong background in analytical chemistry and toxicology, capable of performing complex laboratory analyses, interpreting data, and contributing to method development and validation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conducting toxicological assessments, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and supporting various projects within our state-of-the-art facilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate and timely results, playing a critical role in safeguarding public health and safety.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform routine and non-routine toxicological analyses using various analytical techniques (e.g., GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS).
• Prepare samples for analysis, including extraction, clean-up, and derivatization.
• Interpret complex analytical data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in the development, validation, and transfer of new analytical methods.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with GLP/GMP standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Document all experimental procedures, raw data, and results accurately and meticulously.
• Collaborate with colleagues on projects, share expertise, and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory working environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1 level minimum).
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and toxicology.
• Hands-on experience with GC-MS and LC-MS/MS.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex analytical data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Toxicology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
• Familiarity with other analytical techniques (e.g., ICP-MS, ELISA).
• Previous experience in a contract research organization (CRO) or regulated industry.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
