We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Host / Hostess to join our vibrant team in Salzburg. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their visit and providing crucial support throughout various functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong command of English, vital for engaging with our diverse international clientele. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at event venues.
• Provide clear directions and information regarding event schedules, facilities, and services.
• Assist with guest registration and check-in procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to appropriate management.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance, reflecting the high standards of Hyatt Regency.
• Collaborate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure smooth event flow and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with seating arrangements and crowd management as needed during peak times.

• Fluent English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
