Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hybrid Wind Turbine Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Chiasso, Switzerland. In this crucial hybrid role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex wind turbine projects, from conceptualization and development through to execution and commissioning. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing directly to Axpo’s renewable energy portfolio.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage all phases of wind turbine projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress against established baselines.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost control, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Facilitate effective communication channels with local authorities and communities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management within the wind energy sector.
• Strong technical understanding of wind turbine technology and project lifecycle.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for international collaboration and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in Italian or German is a significant asset due to the geographical location.
• Experience with international project development and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of energy market dynamics and renewable energy policies in Europe.
