REHAU AG + Co is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to join our production team in Bayreuth. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper material flow.
- Monitor machine performance, product quality, and identify any deviations or malfunctions.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products, including visual inspections and measurements.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal production and quality.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report complex problems to maintenance or supervisory staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
