Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Pumpkin Farm Assistant for the upcoming Autumn Harvest season in Bochum. This temporary role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and is eager to contribute to the successful harvesting and preparation of our seasonal pumpkin crop. No prior experience is necessary – we will provide all the training you need to succeed.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the hand-picking and harvesting of pumpkins in the fields.
• Carefully inspect, clean, and sort pumpkins according to quality standards.
• Load harvested pumpkins onto trailers and transport them to designated areas.
• Prepare pumpkins for market, which may include washing, weighing, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Support general farm duties as needed during peak harvest season.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures on the farm.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in agricultural or outdoor manual labor is a plus, but not required.
• Valid German driving license (Class B) is beneficial for potential transport duties.
