Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and improving healthcare experiences? Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly motivated UX Research Intern to join our innovative team in Fürth, Germany. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world healthcare technology projects, gaining hands-on experience in user research methodologies, data analysis, and insight generation. You will work closely with experienced UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our medical devices and digital solutions are intuitive, efficient, and meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients globally. This role requires excellent English communication skills, as you will be working in an international team environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in planning and conducting various user research activities, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
• Recruit and screen participants for research studies.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Prepare research materials, such as discussion guides, prototypes, and user flows.
• Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams through presentations and reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our UX research processes and tools.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX research principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with UX research tools (e.g., Figma, Qualtrics, Dovetail, UserTesting).
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Basic knowledge of German is a plus, but not required for this English-only role.
• Previous internship or project experience in UX, design, or research.
