Are you an enthusiastic student with a passion for hardware and hands-on prototyping? We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our innovative hardware development team. In this role, you will support the design, assembly, and testing of prototypes for various projects, gaining valuable practical experience in a dynamic engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge, develop new skills, and contribute to real-world solutions. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Assist in the design and development of electronic hardware prototypes.
  • Assemble, solder, and rework electronic components on PCBs.
  • Perform functional testing and debugging of hardware prototypes.
  • Document experimental setups, test results, and findings.
  • Support the team with general lab maintenance and organization.
  • Collaborate with engineers on problem-solving and design improvements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit diagrams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with soldering techniques (SMD and through-hole).
  • Experience with basic lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Prior experience with CAD software for PCB design (e.g., KiCad, Eagle, Altium).
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C++) for hardware testing or automation.
  • Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) or FPGAs.
  • Understanding of embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
